Matt Ryan

Before founding Retail Theft Analysis, Matt founded Network Management Systems, a company that provided software and services to financial traders.  Network Management Systems grew from a start-up to a highly profitable company with more than 50 employees and traders. It was sold to Cornerstone Securities as part of a larger transaction involving Instinet going public in 2001.

 

In 2012, Matt founded Network Distribution Systems, a company that bought and sold gift cards in the secondary market.  In 2013, he founded My Gift Card System, a software company to administer the process of purchasing and managing gift cards for retailers, and in 2015, Matt founded Retail Theft Analysis.
